Thomas Peters, 24, of Claymont, Del. and Sean Howard, 20, of Garnett Valley, Pa. are facing a number of charges.
Police say they received a 911 call from a 17-year-old who said Peters and Howard were following him in a car on Marsh Road in Wilmington, threatening to kill him. The teen went on to say the suspects were in possession of a crowbar.
Officers pulled over their car at Marsh and Silverdale Road. Police say they found the crowbar inside the vehicle.
During the investigation, officers learned that those involved had a long-running dispute, and had just had an argument at the Hooters restaurant in Concord Pa.
Both Peters and Howard were released on $4,250 unsecured bond and ordered to have no contact with the victim.
