It happened around 1:40 p.m. in the 2800 block of C Street in North Philadelphia.
Rescuer say, when they arrived, they found a two-year-old boy severely injured.
Police say the child was going through the house opening windows. He got to the second floor and went to open one, but it was already open and he fell out.
The boy fell 15 feet to the concrete.
Since the accident, Action News has learned the boy's condition has been upgraded to stable.
