Study: Little bit of chocolate good for heart

The good news: Chocolate can be good for the heart. The bad news: A new study shows it doesn't take much.

The study shows eating as little as a quarter of an ounce of chocolate each day, or one chocolate Easter egg, may lower your risk for heart attack or stroke.

Dark chocolate has the greatest benefit, but a little goes a long way.

All chocolate is high in calories.

So, of course, if you eat too much, it can lead to weight gain.
