The shooting happened at around 2:30 a.m. Saturday along the 2300 block of 8th Street.
A 24-year-old male was shot once in the chest and was later pronounced dead a few hours later.
A 22-year-old man was shot in the arm. Another 24-year-old was shot in the thigh and back. Both are in stable condition at Jefferson Hospital.
A 17-year-old female suffered a graze wound to the stomach. She is in stable condition at Methodist Hospital.
