He was discovered on Friday, April 2nd around 3:00 p.m. at the store located at 1 Franklin Mills Blvd.
Police say the man appears to have Down syndrome and is unable to communicate. Police add he was not carrying any kind of identification.
The man is in his late teens to early 20's, approximately 5'0" and 150lbs. He has medium to dark skin complexion and short black hair. He is wearing blue jeans that have an embroidered design on the back pockets, a blue and white t-shirt with "Italia" printed on the front and white Avia sneakers.
