State officials say firefighters got the blaze under control by late Monday night. They estimate 200 to 400 acre have burned since Saturday.
Authorities say they have fought a pair of fires but no structures at a nearby ski resort or shopping center were threatened.
Investigators believe the first fire was started by a campfire on Saturday. That blaze was quick brought under control, but a second fire started Sunday. The cause of that blaze is under investigation.
Officials from the state Department of Conservation and Natural Resources say dry weather and gusty winds make conditions ripe for wildfires. Another fire burned about 400 acres in Clarion County over the weekend.
