He's been taken to the Delaware county prison to be booked on murder charges.
Hines is accused of shooting and killing 24-year-old Tyrik Richardson during a drug deal at Cheers bar on March 18th.

Marshals, Upper Darby police and Philadelphia homicide apprehended 30-year-old Richard Hines on Tuesday at 2nd and Allegheny Avenue. Hines was taken into custody without incident.
