Man reunited with his first love
HUTCHINSON, Kan. (AP) - April 9, 2010
It was his first car and he used to cruise
with his then girlfriend, Joan. They married and traded in the car
in 1958 for a new Plymouth. But Thrash never forgot the old Ford
and spent a decade looking for it. Thanks to a computer search, the
Kansas man managed to locate that very same Ford in Kalamazoo,
Mich. Thrash tells the Hutchinson News he's spent a year restoring
the Ford. He says he loves the car because it brings back old
memories.
