Who shot Cpl. Timothy Hubbard?

April 10, 2010 The reward is up to $29,000 to help find and convict the gunman who wounded Westtown-East Goshen Police corporal Tim Hubbard.

Hubbard was shot in the hand on January 17 along East Strasburg Road.

Hubbard stopped to check what seemed to be a disabled vehicle and saw a man and woman arguing. That's when the man fired a gun and the couple fled.

"Here's a dangerous guy, as soon as a police officer approaches, he draws a gun, takes it out and shoots the cop," said John Apeldorn of the Citizens Crime Commission. "But you got to get a person like this off the street."

The suspect is described as a white male, mid to late 20s, 6-foot, with a husky build and short darker hair, but no facial hair. He was wearing a gray pullover hoodie, blue jeans and a baseball hat.

He fled the scene in a dark colored older model 4-door Honda with possible Delaware registration.
