They were rushed to two different hospitals and both were deemed as trauma alerts in transit with stable vital signs.
It's not clear if they stabbed one another or were both stabbed by a third party.

It happened along the 600 block of south 49th street. There around 8:30pm, two 17-year-old boys were found on the street bleeding from knife wounds, one with a stab wound to the chest, the other with multiple wounds to his back.
