Wilmington police spokesman Master Cpl. Steven Barnes says the 21-year-old woman was grabbed by two men and forced into a car Tuesday evening after she stepped outside the Santa Fe restaurant to use her cell phone.
Barnes said the woman told authorities she was attacked by two men while the car drove around and was pushed out onto the ground early Wednesday morning in Glasgow.
He said New Castle police took her to a hospital where she was treated for sexual assault.
