Kharak Singh, 21, is under arrest for the following charges: Rape, conspiracy and kidnapping.
According to the victim, she was abducted from a parking lot in Wilmington as she used her cell phone outside the Sante Fe Restaurant on April 14th.
She said she was forced by two men into a vehicle that had up to five people in it. She said they drove the car around town while at least two of the men sexually assaulted her repeatedly for about 3 hours. They finally stopped the car just after 2 a.m. and pushed her out along the 1700 block of Old Cooch's Bridge Road in Newark, Delaware.
The victim went to some nearby homes for help.
