Arrest warrants have been issued for 29-year-old Earl L Dunne Jr., last known to be living on West Lexton Road in New Castle.
Dunne is a Tier 3 sex offender (convictions in both Delaware and New Jersey) whose crimes included assaults on children. Investigators believe he may be living in Sussex County.
