Two men sought after double shooting in S. Phila.

SOUTH PHILADELPHIA - April 27, 2010

It happened shortly after 5:20 p.m. Tuesday along the 1900 block of Dudley Street.

An 18-year-old man, who police describe as "uncooperative," was shot in the right hand. A 31-year-old man, described as an innocent bystander, was shot in the thigh.

Both were taken to the University of Pennsylvania Medical Center where they are in stable condition.

The bystander, police say, is partially deaf and was shot while he was working.

The suspects, both believed to be around 18 or 19 years old, fled on foot and remain at large.
