Two males and one female are in custody in connection with the case.
Sources say formal charges in connection with the murder are expected by next week. All three suspects are being held in the Montgomery County prison on immigration violations.
The investigation began after a neighborhood resident found the body in the area of Brandywine Lane and Walker Lane back on April 9th.
Authorities believe the body was dumped in the quiet neighborhood. There were tire tracks left behind on the ground.
The man who found the body told Action News the victim was Hispanic, in his 30's and was wearing shorts and a black T-shirt which was pulled up as if he had been dragged by it.
