Poker, flying in GMA team's dreams

NEW YORK - April 29, 2010

The "Good Morning America" anchor will travel to an Atlantic City, N.J., casino to learn from some of poker's leading lights. It's part of a May ratings stunt on the morning news show where team members are followed as they chase some dreams.

Poker wasn't necessarily a dream for Stephanopoulos - he just enjoyed playing in school. But flying clearly is for co-anchor Robin Roberts. She gets to pilot a Beechcraft King Air with the most comforting of co-pilots: the recently retired Capt. Chesley Sullenberger.

Newsreader Juju Chang traveled to spring training for baseball tips from Alex Rodriguez.

Weatherman Sam Champion explored the deep with the grandson of Jacques Cousteau. And weekend anchor Bill Weir took a thrilling ride skydiving off several planes and even a hot air balloon.

The segments will air next week, ABC said Thursday.
