He rammed the brickwork, leaving the back end of his car hanging in the hole several floors up at the Bank of America parking garage in Tulsa.
The driver told police his foot got stuck under the gas pedal - causing the car to speed backwards and slam into the wall.
No one was hurt in the accident, but officials say some parked cars were damaged by falling debris.
