It happened around 1:00 p.m. at the intersection of 33rd and Market in the University City section of Philadelphia.
There, a man in his 20s was hit by a and thrown into the air.
A white Dodge was parked at the scene with a damaged windshield.
He was taken to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in stable condition.
The driver did stop at the scene and there is no word on if that person will be charged.
