It's more than 24 feet long, weighs 15 tons and rides on eight huge tires.
But it's not the only monster in his military vehicle collection.
He has a Swiss troop transport, an English armored reconnaissance vehicle known as a Ferret and a good ol' U.S. Jeep.
Hopkins says he used to play with little tanks as a kid.
Now, he tells The Capital of Annapolis, he plays with "big tanks."
