Woman stabs 4 in Calif. Target store

Los Angeles County sheriff's Deputy Clay Grant Jr. said he was shopping for paper towels Monday afternoon when people around him started running away.

He grabbed his duty weapon, ordered her to drop the butcher's knife and the carving knife and followed her from aisle to aisle until she complied.

Another shopper, Katy Winn, says the woman was screaming, "There is no witness protection program!" as chaos broke out in the store.

Grant says the woman looked lost and confused, like she didn't know where she was.
