The attack happened around 7:45 p.m. Tuesday in a vacant house in the 600 block of Southard Street.
The suspect was only identified as a 15-year-old boy from Trenton.
Investigators say the victim was walking when the suspect called to her from the porch of the vacant building. The victim followed the boy inside and, while on the second floor, was sexually assaulted.
