It began around 3:00 a.m. on Thursday in the Fairfield Shopping Center in Newark, Delaware. There an officer, conducting a property check, saw a naked man running through the parking lot toward an apartment complex.
Officers searched the neighborhood, but were unable to find him. However, they say they found a car belonging to Alexander Luff, 23, of Elkton, Maryland. Inside were men's clothing and sneakers, along with a bra, four pairs of women's underwear and a pornographic magazine. Police say they also found Luff's ID that identified him as the owner of the car.
Then, around 7:00 a.m., police were called to the 100 block of Delran Drive for a report of a man dressed only in panties peering into windows. Police arrived, found the man, and arrested him. He was later identified as Luff.
Luff is charged with three counts of Trespass with Intent to Peep, Lewdness and Loitering.
He was released on an unsecured bond of $500.
