State police say 32-year-old Hilda Prejean and 55-year-old Steven Prejean repeatedly assaulted the girl between September 2008 and February 2010.
Authorities say they learned of the assaults after Hilda Prejean reported her husband had nude photos of another juvenile girl on his cell phone. Police say that investigation is continuing.
The couple was arraigned Sunday on charges including involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and aggravated indecent assault. They are each remain jailed at Cumberland County Prison on $250,000 bail.
It was not immediately clear if the Prejeans had attorneys.
