Twenty-two-year-old Isiah W. McCoy of Rodney Village is sought in the May 4 killing of 30-year-old James Jeffrey Munford of Salisbury, Md.
Munford was shot in the parking lot of the Rodney Village Bowling Alley. Police say when Munford argued with two men he met there, one man pulled out a handgun and shot Munford.
Newton says Munford was taken to Kent General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Police consider McCoy to be extremely dangerous.
