At around 4:20 p.m. Sunday, Philadelphia police and rescue crews were called out to the Eastbound Platt Bridge for the report of an accident.
When they arrived they found that one vehicle overturned blocking all eastbound lanes.
A 3-year-old and 1-year-old were both transported to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia in stable condition after the accident.
Many use the Platt Bridge to go from Citizens Bank Park to Delaware County; a Phillies game let out just minutes before the accident took place.
