Monday at 6:30 p.m., police responded to the Snow residence for a report of a domestic dispute. Officers arrested Snow for offensive touching. He was handcuffed and placed into a police cruiser.
At some point, Snow was able to escape from the back seat and enter the driver's area where he drove off in the cruiser.
For about 22 minutes, Snow was able to elude capture until he crashed into a sign on Valley Road and then into another police cruiser. He was taken into custody after a brief struggle and later transported to the Christiana Hospital where he was treated for minor injuries.
The officer in the other car in the collision was also transported to the Christiana Hospital where he was treated and released.
Snow will be charged with multiple offenses.
