The deadly shooting happened on May 2nd at around 10:30 p.m. outside the Top Cat Club on North 5th Street near Lindley Avenue.
The incident was caught on tape.
Police say two men ambushed the bar's owner, 47-year-old John Adams, when he stepped outside. They then shot 47-year old John Adams and rifled through his pockets.
Adams died from his injuries a week after the shooting.
21-year-old Nicholas Roll was arrested yesterday.
His alleged accomplice, 30-year-old Brent Dixon, was arrested earlier this month.
