Police in Warminster say the two young women made off with the jars from a 7-Eleven store on May 23. Sgt. Scott Selisker says one woman distracted the clerk while the other took jars containing donations for the Wheeled Scotsman Foundation and the Christine McGee Fund.
Investigators aren't sure how much money was in the jars, which were both nearly filled with change and small bills.
Police say the investigation is continuing.
