Man sought in pharmacy robbery identified

CALN TWP., Pa. - June 2, 2010

Authorities say the man is Jesse Palmer, and he was identified by a number of Action News viewers who saw the picture Tuesday night.

Palmer remains at large.

The pharmacy, along the 3500 block of Lincoln Highway in Thorndale, Pa.. was robbed between 7:15 a.m. and 8:10 a.m. on May 28th.

Investigators say the phone lines were cut outside the pharmacy and the rear door was pried open. The burglar, who was apparently alone, made off with a large amount of controlled substance.

The suspect's vehicle is described as a dark blue 3/4-ton extended cab pickup truck. It has chrome or silver rockers with the outlines of flames on the rockers. The truck may be a Ford or Dodge, and it had a yellow oval race style sticker on the driver's side extended cab window. The truck has a heavy duty hitch.
