According to officials, at approximately 7:45 p.m. on May 22nd, the young girl was inside Yasmins Grocery Store on the 5400 block of Akron Street.
An unknown male then entered the store and approached her. He then reportedly touched her inappropriately over her clothing and then walked out of the store.
The suspect is described as a black male, 25-30 years old, 5'9", stocky build and was seen wearing a white t-shirt, dark pants and a red Phillies baseball cap.
