22-year-old Nicholas Hasselback is accused of the hit and run on the Ben Franklin Parkway back on April 11th. He appeared in court for a preliminary hearing on Tuesday morning.
Hasselback is charged with aggravated assault and other offenses in the car accident that left Tony Foltz in critical condition.
The 25-year-old Temple law student suffered serious head injuries.
Hasselback surrendered to police a few days after the crash.
He had been due to graduate from Temple in May.
