Sixty-two-year-old Randall Sommovilla of Philadelphia pleaded guilty last week to a charge of possession with intent to deliver. He will formally be sentenced July 12.
Sommovilla was caught with the drugs on July 10, 2009, by a routine scan at the prison after he told authorities he was there to see inmate Amanda Lee Knox of New Jersey, whom he described as a client.
Knox has already pleaded guilty for her part in the crime.
