Police charge a man didn't and was busted for a noise violation in Grand Blanc, Michigan.
Authorities say an officer was conducting a liquor inspection when a 22-year-old man drove up to the store.
Police say the stereo was blasting and the officer asked the young man to turn down the volume.
The guy replied, "What?"
Police say the man argued that his stereo wasn't that loud and it was no big deal.
The Flint Journal reports after leaving the store the man pumped up the volume even more.
He was arrested.
