Just before 2:00 p.m. Thursday, the FBI and Philadelphia police issued a warrant on the 3400 block of North Water Street.
Officials say an FBI agent was injured and was rushed to Temple Hospital by other officers.
The officer suffered a laceration when a gate fell during the investigation.
He is expected to be treated and released.
Inside of the home, authorities found close to 100 pounds of marijuana and two guns.
No arrests have been made.
