Lancaster police say they arrested 25-year-old Herbert Moore and the unidentified girl for robbing a man early Friday morning.
Investigators say the girl approached the victim and asked for a cigarette before two other men jumped out and attacked him. Police say the victim was punched in the head and kicked but was able to summon police and give a description of his attackers.
Moore is jailed on charges of robbery and corruption of minors. The girl was ordered to the county's juvenile detention center. It was not clear if either had an attorney.
Police are looking for the third suspect.
