Sixty-nine-year-old Gerald C. Liberace is a district judge in Havertown.
Liberace is out on $5,000 bail after being arrested Wednesday on charges of indecent assault and related counts.
Delaware County police say Liberace was arrested after they intercepted a call in which he said he was "sorry" if he did things to her that "were not proper."
Authorities say Liberace had inappropriate contact with the girl in August 2004 and that it continued. The allegations were reported to law enforcement in July 2009.
A message left with Liberace was not immediately returned Thursday.
