The accident happened shortly after 2:00 a.m. along South Columbus Boulevard at Lombard Street.
The man steering the motorcycle was critically injured. His female passenger was also hurt.
The male pedestrian suffered multiple injuries.
Both men were taken to Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in critical condition. The woman was taken to The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania where she is listed in stable condition.
