3 NJ students plead guilty in computer hacking

HADDONFIELD, N.J. (AP) - July 9, 2010

Camden County Prosecutor Warren Faulk said Friday that the male students at Haddonfield Memorial High School, ages 14, 15 and 16, used keystroke capture software to obtain passwords that let them enter secure areas of the school district's computer system and change grades.

All pleaded guilty Thursday in Family Court to computer criminal activity.

Faulk said they are expected to be placed on probation and ordered to perform community service.

Their names were not released because of their ages.
