Arkansas jailer Jessie Lunderby posed nude for Playboy.com.
She was suspended with pay by the Washington County sheriff's office as officials investigated the incident.
Sheriff Tim Helder now says she violated the department's employee conduct policy.
But Helder says officials haven't decided how they'll discipline Lunderby.
She's gotten a lot of attention from her nude photos.
Lunderby is set to appear at the Exxtacy adult video convention in Chicago later this month.
She'll be featured as part of the "Hottest Scandals of 2010 Tour."
