The crime occurred in the early morning hours of Wednesday July 7, 2010 at the BP gas station, located at 4001 Lancaster Pike.
Police say it was around 2:15 a.m. when a man smashed the side window of the building to gain entry. Once inside, he grabbed several packs of cigarettes, then fled the scene on foot toward the Lancaster Court Apartments.
Police later released a surveillance picture of the suspect. Anyone who may know his identity is asked to contact the State Police at 302-834-2630 ext 211.
