Uganda bomb victim's brother fair after NC crash

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. - July 13, 2010

A spokesman at the University of North Carolina Medical Center in Chapel Hill says Kyle Henn was in fair condition while co-pilot James Donahue was in critical condition early Tuesday. Spokesman Tom Hughes said he is barred by hospital policy from releasing a patient's age or hometown.

Officials have not confirmed the identity of the pilot, who died after the private plane crashed Monday at Horace Williams Airport in Chapel Hill. The plane was registered to Thomas F. Pitts LLC of Wilmington, Del.

Henn was traveling to his parents' Raleigh home to be with them after his brother Nate Henn was killed in Sunday's terrorist bombings in Africa.
