It happened around 1:40 a.m. in the 4900 block of Camac Street.
Police say two men in their late teens knocked on the door of a home there and, when the occupants answered, the teens started shooting.
A 50-year-old man was shot in the chest multiple times, and a 42-year-old man was shot in the neck. A third man suffered a graze wound to the chest.
The 50-year-old and the 42-year-old are in critical condition.
