According to investigators, Jenna Lord was last seen at a July 4th party in Collingswood, New Jersey.
Jenna was on her way home to Collingdale, Delaware County when she went missing.
The family says at around 4:00 p.m. Sunday they found her body in a vacant lot near 5th Street and Division streets.
Family members say the young woman had a troubled past but had been working hard to turn her life around.
"Like most of us, she's not perfect, she had a rough past. For the last year, she's been doing her best and this time she was doing really good," relative Ariel Morales said.
While the family believes the body to be that of Jenna's, the prosecutor's office is has not officially confirmed that to be the case.
An autopsy will be performed to confirm the ID and to determine the cause of death.
