Eight passengers hurt after SEPTA bus, cop car collide

SEPTA says that eight people were hurt after the bus they were on collided with a police car.

It happened around 1:25 p.m. at the intersection of Old York Road and Erie Avenue in the Hunting Park section of Philadelphia.

The front end and driver's side of the police car appeared to be damaged by the crash. There's no word yet on how it happened.

The eight injured on the bus complained of neck and back problems.

The officer was also taken to the hospital, but he is said to be fine.

None of the injuries are said to be serious.
