The accident happened shortly after 2:30 p.m. at 33rd Street and Girard Avenue.
The 4-year-old was in a car that rolled over and ejecting the child.
Medics transported the 4-year-old to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
Officials say the child suffered from a leg fracture and was in and out of consciousness.
A 67-year-old was also transported to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
The severity of the injuries have not been reported.
