Investigators say John Charles Ware, accompanied by lawyers, turned himself in to police on Wednesday.
Ware is charged with Involuntary Deviate Sexual intercourse, Aggravated Indecent Assault, Indecent Assault, Sexual Abuse of Children, including photographing, disseminating and possessing, Corruption of minors, and Unlawful contact with minors.
The alleged victims were three male children ranging in age from 13 to 16 at the time the offenses occurred.
Ware is being held at Chester County Prison in lieu of $2.5-million cash bail.
