My recent blog on Back-to-School Anxiety covered the reasons kids feel stress, as well as which situations may be the most stressful.

This week, we hear from Temple University Associate Professor of Psychology, Dr. Deborah Drabick, who covers these subjects, but also goes over the warning signs that accompany this sort of stress, as well as which of these can be an indicator of more serious trouble. Dr. Drabick also makes suggestions about how to get your teenager to open up to you, not only in times of trouble, but on a daily basis. This can be a key to helping your child negotiate middle school and high school.
