Online court records don't list an attorney for 29-year-old Tabitha Diehl, of Southwest Greensburg, and nobody answered her home phone on Tuesday.
Diehl faces a preliminary hearing Sept. 30 on charges of endangering the welfare of a child, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct in the incident about 3 a.m. Aug. 23.
Police say Diehl fought with another woman at the party after Diehl showed a tattoo on her stomach to a former boyfriend. Diehl ran away then walked more than a half mile to a friend's, carrying the child.
