It happened Aug. 25 about 8 p.m. in Claymont, although the incident was not reported to troopers until Monday.
The woman, who is from Lynwood, Pa., told police she was walking when she was approached by a vehicle and a man got out of the car and motioned her to him. The man grabbed the woman and began to kiss and fondle her.
The driver of the car opened the back door and told the first man to put the woman in the car. The woman was able to escape and ran to her home.
The woman was not injured.
