Two others suffered burns in the fiery wreck and have been transported to Saint Luke's Hospital.
The accident occurred in the eastbound lanes of Interstate 78 in Lower Saucon Township, just before Route 412, at approximately 6:36 Thursday morning.
One of the tractor-trailers burst into flames as a result of the accident. The truck was carrying party supplies.
All eastbound lanes of the roadway are closed.
